Texas has so much to offer in regards to cultural icons and history, as a Texan or someone who knows a Texan, you are already aware of this.

When we started creating Texas-centric art, no one else was doing it and we unknowingly created a niche that exploded beyond our wildest dreams.

At Crum Art we are happy that others can share our appreciation of a Texas sky with a Whataburger sign in the foreground or a more hyper- local vintage sign that strikes a chord inside you.

Crum Art is Texas Art by Texans and we understand our audience, because we are our audience..

Our goal is to create Texas art that matters to you and makes you happy when you see it.

Since its inception in the early 1990's…

Crum Art has captured the vintage signs and landmarks of the past and contemporary icons of Texas.

The series spans the Lone Star state and includes Austin, Bryan & College Station, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Texas, and Big Bend National Park.

Betsy and Carl Crum both majored in art and film and continue to take their love of all things quirky, kitschy and Texas to a level that is often copied but never duplicated. Their daughter Caya Crum, is now a prolific and established artist whose work is available in this shop.

Over the years, their work has taken them all over the country. In addition to Crum Art, the couple also have a documentary film company, Brazos Film & Video and have won numerous industry awards, including 5 Emmys.
